Land of the Dead (USA, 2005)

In Land of the Dead, the world as known by people is almost a memory. Instead, there is an endless nightmare of people fighting with zombies.

What remains of humanity has been barricaded in a kind of city – fortress. The rest of the territory is haunted by the zombie.

In the fortress town of Fiddler’s Green there are the rich and powerful who try to preserve the impression that they are still masters of the situation and that everything is normal.

The less fortunate, the poorest, are trying to keep alive with a continuous struggle and trying to conjecture themselves that they are alive through the human vices they console with – drugs, women, struggles, gambling.
